Copyright License

IMS Certification Limited defines ‘IMS Customers’ as those individuals or organisations that have paid fees for any particular IMS Certification product or service.

IMS Certification Limited provides IMS Customers with a ‘Copyright-Free License’ to use IMS Certification Materials (including, but not limited to: IMS Management System Manuals, IMS Management System Templates (Forms), IMS Audit Reports, IMS Training Programmes, IMS Certification Registration Certificates, etc) only whilst they remain IMS Certification Customers. Once individuals or organisations cease to be IMS Customers the Copyright-Free License to use any and all IMS Materials is withdrawn and they must immediately stop using any IMS Certification copyright Materials and if applicable, return their IMS Certification Registration Certificate to IMS Certification Limited.
